Privacy Policy
How Solutioneering collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.
Last updated: November 3, 2026.
Who we are
Solutioneering, LLC (“Solutioneering”, “we”, “us”) operates www.solutioneering.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover information you provide under a separate consulting agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, company name, position, email address, the level of support you are seeking, your timeline, and the description of the problem you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to provide our services.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form, our server records your IP address, browser user agent, the page you came from, and the time of submission. We use this information to filter spam and abuse and to keep the Site secure. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies
The Site sets one cookie, named sol_sess. It is a session
cookie that expires when you close your browser. It is used to protect
forms against cross-site request forgery and, for administrators only,
to keep an administrator signed in. We do not use cookies for
advertising or analytics. If your browser blocks cookies, the contact
form will not work.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you
- To provide and administer our services
- To protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats
- To maintain business records
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we share information with
We use service providers that process information on our behalf:
- ClodHost, which hosts the Site and stores the enquiry database
- Cloudflare, which provides the network and security layer in front of the Site
- Resend, which delivers email notifications about enquiries to us
These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function. We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
International transfers
The Site is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure that transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, and typically no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the enquiry database, and hardened session handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form at /contact. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
